The sense of life combines drawing, installation and interviews. It looks like an archive and it stores something valuable in an appropriate way: thoughts, written by school children from Tournhout (B). This thoughts were hand written, directly into a thin layer of caster sugar spread across several metal shelves. The work constituted a research project about the meaning of life, based on interviews among teenagers. The sense of life made these ideas transparent to the public.
